Michelle joined our operations department in 2011 after nine years in the flooring sales and interior design industry.  Michelle's responsibilities include account processing, client assistance and reporting, along with providing support to account managers. 

Michelle enjoys spending her free time on the lake or out on the town with family, friends and her dog, Cooper.
