Joining Tealwood in 2023, Kathleen graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Chemical Engineering.  After 17 years with 3M in various manufacturing, lab, and management roles, she retired to relocate with her husband and family as expats in southeast Asia.  Upon returning to the US, Kathleen assumed extensive volunteer roles at St. Paul Academy.  She lives in St. Paul with her husband and daughter and enjoys entertaining and traveling the world.
